can see award on delta.com/kvs, but
none of the delta agents could see anything. (i talked to 4 of them today!)

i was trying to make a change to one of the awards i already have, change cdg-jnb to cdg-ams-cpt. it seems like many seats are available, kvs also confirms it, but delta agents couldnt find anything, even after i tell them the specific flight numbers.

anyone has seen this before?

i was even able to hold these two segments online. it is very strange. The agent is able to see the hold. But after they cancel the hold, nobody can see it anymore.
