If Kippie & Pissy say that it will be a while until they get ATR for the WBI/NoS, I highly doubt that BOS will get it
BOS has been a tester site for many of the TSA rollouts, enhanced pat-downs and NoS for example. It wouldn't surprise me if they were the first to get ATR for testing as well.
