That's obviously a phone company glitch and has nothing to do with either US Air or the story. It's only included probably because the Consumerist already knew there was no story so if they put in enough information not relating to anything people would be more likely to read it.

If all of US Air's calls were being transferred to order Pizza that would be fixed in a minute or two. It's not like they manually dial the number they are making the transfer to.
