I need to work out a budget and plans for the first week of the
moon. Transportation/lodging are already booked and therefore sunk cost, and it looks like basically all expenses in BKK should be covered (so says my mom) - I think that's our wedding present, and that part of the trip is basically a big family vacation anyway. 3 days in EDI and 4 in LCY is not very much time...

And remember, nowadays you're not allowed to show teeth (no smiling) in the photos. I don't know about you, but as unphotogenic as I am in life in general, it's about a hundred times worse when I have to look "serious" in a picture. Wretched.
