One cool thing they did is "set the table" for breakfast. While it wasn't possible to keep up with the flow of people, they set out silverware and napkins.
The art is the room was more meaningful than usual. I'm not are connoisseur, but it felt like more than a stock print on a Holiday Inn wall.
Apparent Diamond benefit: newspaper. I did get a Wall Street Journal daily during my stay. Typically, I only saw one or two in the hallways, so I assume it was a targeted benefit.
Overall, I kinda miss the place.
