The Hyatt has been running some park and stay rates at $109-119, though you only get 10 days there and there's a charge per extra day (thinking $10--their website is down right now). I stayed there Thanksgiving night just because I wasn't sure I'd find a parking lot with spaces the following day for a trip to London. Having Hyatt status took care of wifi and breakfast for me.

I've also used the Crowne Plaza before but they only include 7 days now (I stayed the full 14 earlier in the year on a UK/Germany trip but that has changed). You do get a lot of freeway noise at the property so probably not good for a light sleeper. A lot of the Holiday Inn/Holiday Inn Express properties both north and south of SFO also have park and stay rates.

I ended up at Hyatt this last time as I still had some Costco certs to bring the price down below $100. There was a Holiday Inn around the same price but I don't get any perks there, so Hyatt made sense.
