There are phone stores everywhere, including at the foot of the Rialto Bridge (on the San Marco side) and also in San Polo, near Tonolo Pastry Shop.Probably the best thing to do is to ask the concierge at your hotel when you check, chances are that the nearest vendor will be no more than 2 or 3 minutes away.
