Had an excellent experience last August in the Pacific NW with tire damage.

LDW fully included in the corp. rate. Took a wrong turn in the airport garage returning to National and blew out the rt. front tire and slight hub-cap damage. Walked 500 feet to the National return counter. A mgt. trainee came back, put on the spare and we drove to the return area. Trainee wrote a complete report and sent me on my way with a caution that I might get a call from OKC.

One week later, got the call, and their only question was (answered on the complete report of the National location but they really wanted to hear it from me): anyone injured? When I answered, "no", they said, "OK, we'll close our file, that's what LDW is for." Have had nothing further from this. Also have had no inquiries from the corp. rate I was using, though the trip was leisure paid by me personally.
