a sad tale of woe
was very happy when i saw the flight ord mia i wanted for next week had dropped from 756 to 300$..
i tried to use a 300$ e cert meaning i had to pay 2$ extra(!)

the us bomb site rejected my overseas credit card.
so i switched to the japan site which then rejected the e cert...

after this the price has switched back up to 756 which means i will be 756$ out of pocket for the sake of 2$.....
is there no way round these sort of issues?
do overseas sites not accept $ e certs?
is there no way to use overseas card on us site?
