The Hotel Scribe (managed by Sofitel) is lovely if you book one of the large rooms, pricey though.

Do not consider the Sofitel Arc de Triomphe, I stayed there recently and until they start their renovations I'd stay clear.

I have not stayed at the Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg but heard good things. For good rates Paris is notoriously difficult, it is an expensive city. Assuming you want to go for a weekend I'd play around on the website a bit with various hotels. The Sofitel "I love Chocolate" rate currently offers good deals.
