I am slowly coming around to that attitude. While the FC seats are more comfortable, my changing attitude is more governed by the perception that the regional carriers seem to assign (apparently) more experienced (at least older) pilots and FOs to the RJs with a first class section.

I am still troubled by the fact that, in bad weather, the RJs (even those with a FC section) are the first flights to get canceled at a capacity-limited airport.
