No, 47 Park Lane was previously a Westin. I believe Westin had a management agreement with a European Hotel Group (I think it was the Demeure group). It was a nice little townhouse hotel with only suites on Park Lane.

Have no experience with the Park Lane Sheraton. Have been in the Sheraton Park Tower, but wasn't too impressed.
