sorry but that's your experience....CO has always been better and very proactive in my experience (I'm gold on both-my last CO IROP I was met at the top of the jet bridge by a red coat who had my hotel voucher, meal vouchers and boarding pass for the flight the next day-this without an eticket in the PNR, they just needed to see my paper ticket which was pushed from DL due to a misconnect because FA's were running late, turns out CO had a mechanical delay too but CLE was closer to my destination than ATL).....don't get me wrong, DL is decent and getting better but they seriously need to get rid of the "customer serviceless" centers
