Today I officially made the switch to AA from DL and I called the Plat desk because I had some questions and it tops DL's Diamond (their top tier) desk by leaps and bounds. I talked to an agent that was incredible and took the time to offer vasts amount of information regarding the differences between the two airlines and about how AA Plat worked (she really wanted to hit the highlights for me - without me even asking - sooo appreciated!)

So far I'm extremely impressed. I'll be on a race to get to EXP and I really look forward to the useful information that you provide.

FYI my home airport is ABQ and I usually travel to NYC, DCA and SJU.
