Welcome to FT! I assume you mean you spent $25K (and want 10K miles converted to PQM) and Barclays is claiming that you are one of the few people that have a plan that states you must spend $50K for 20K miles to be converted. My wife was in the same boat. But I found several documents sent to her that had the "spend $25K and convert 10K miles" clearly spelled out. It took me a couple of months and several calls, emails, and faxes, but I finally got it resolved to my satisfaction.
