If food matters: FRA und MUC have different caterers and FRA with Do&Co has the way better food. I am also under the impression that the staff is of better 'vintage' - a lot of experienced staff with a background in the hospitality industry, mostly hotels.
i find the quality of the food offerings absolutely equal! the staff is indeed a bit different but i find the little shortfalls in MUC very charming...
