if you are traveling from SIN and really have no desire to use the lounge, head to the airport 100-90 mins before departure.

Should only take you 15-20 mins in a cab and you from Marina area and customs are quite dead at that time and also more of a breeze.

The lounge is nothing to brag home and this is one of those flight timings where I would rather foresake the lounge for a few extra minutes of shut eye.
