I am trying to get the 10K miles from MasterCard for spending 25K on world elite card. i have had 5 calls over an hour on the phone with the Philippines with several explanations like "We sent you a letter that said you need to spend $50K in October" or "We show u have 145K miles". Any body having the same issues? Anyone have a number at Mastercard that isn't in the Phillipines? I am at 92K miles and the 10K makes me chairman for 8 years running. Not looking forward to 8K mileage run before year end.
