If flying Economy do as Moondog suggests - put the nose bag on before you board. Plenty restaurants in T3 - little known fact their is even a Maccas in T3 - Level 1 - right down left end as you face exit from arrivals - if you try to find it and cannot - keep walking another 200 mtrs - it is there.

Long story short do not rely on food on domestic Chinese flights - now to the wine served in First / Biz - Dragon Seal or Great Wall - ugh - would kill a brown dog.
I had to google that... my new knowledge for the day. IIRC there's a BK there also (marginally better than McDs in China), but I still stand by KRR because: 1) much more nutritious; and 2) well suited for carry on. Sometimes, I'll grab Subway in a pinch because it fills the stomach and is better than onboard offerings, but that is a last resort (Subway isn't all that great over here).
