I agree with the sentiments echoed above. I would also like to point out that for any number of operational reasons, the flight crew would not "seem" to have had a sense of urgency because they could not depart. Maybe they were waiting on dispatch paperwork or weight and balance info. Maybe they had an ATC slot time, which very well could have been yesterday for flow control into ATL. I think the fault here is not keeping the pax informed of the issue, not necessarily that they didn't have a "sense of urgency" which is a loose term at that.
