Hello lounge!

After 4 years abroad mucking about in southern Austria, my dear wife has convinced me that we need to return to Sweden. Despite the horrors of the dark, dark winters, the opportunity to return has come and I am weighing up offers in Lund and Stockholm. My home airport would either become CPH or ARN, which means EB is a reality as my work travel would be within Scandinavia (most likely domestic within Sweden).

Sadly I have not kept up with the EB world as I swore off SAS 5 years ago and switched to LH. Unfortunately, all my SAS memories revolve around cancelled flights, incompetent/rude groundstaff, letters of complaint and bad starts to several family vacations. Nonetheless, it might be possible to forgive SAS and start anew.

Therefore I come to the sages and experts of the EB lounge for advice. Has the situation improved at SAS or will I find myself disappointed once again? Perhaps it would be best to focus on another FFP to aim for *G in the coming years? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

In worst case, at least I have introduced myself as I will probably be frequenting the SAS forum more often.
