We are bit confused about baggage allowance on Virgin Atlantic.
My wife would be traveling on Economy ticket. Their website says economy ticket allowance is one 23 kg bag. An asterick on this information details except India to USA or vise verasa, an additional 23 kg bag is allowed.

Does anyone have confirmed info? Their telephone staff was not that helpful and rather confusing with their thick british accent. Sorry, just not used to it. Thank you in advance.
