Hoping someone else can provide more info on Rapid Check-in. All I can say that in the past, we originally signed up as Dollar Express members, booked online, and did all the necessarily paperwork ahead of time online. When we got there (shared car rental facility) I remember we got to go directly to a booth downstairs in the garage, show our paperwork, do a quick review, and head to the car relatively quickly.
