Hope's kitchen makes some really quite good it is NOT canned, it is in the refrigerator section.

HEB/Central Market here carries it, and Whole Foods does as well.

It is good for a single guy I can make a really killer lobster bisque or clam chowder when I have the time, but sometimes while not as good, this still hits the spot.
