I assume you directed question to me. Let me start with a prelude:

As all Marriott Concierges go up and beyond to service us, I praise every answer I recieve from them. Independently from them, I am under the impression that these associates are not in the possition to decide about money imbursement.

Yes, I recieve an answer and yes, I am confident that Marriott will solve this issue to my full satisfaction. Besides that
