Thanks for the reply. Your advice makes sense - both my wife and I are getting a little old to spend that much time in an aluminum can! I might see if I can fly US to London (there's a direct flight), spend a few days in merry old England, then fly down to Capetown on BA. Lots of ways to fly home from JNB. thanks again.
