It's a great deal is you're buying it for business. (company pays for the software and you get the free gift, i.e. netbook )

However, for personal use, it's probably not such a good deal, unless you're planning to buy that netbook anyway.

I bought my copy of Office Home and Business 2010 for just $99 from a reputable Ebay seller(who has 11000+ positive ratings and only 3 negatives)earlier this month. It was good for two computers(PC and laptop). However, I was able to intall it on a third computer with no issues.(very old computer in my basement)
