Hello all -

I just spend half an hour on the phone with a DL agent. I want to redeem miles to travel from SYD to LON next July. This should be a feasible itinerary using KE or MH. In the past, this itinerary was relatively painless to book using NW miles on MH.

I know it's long been noted on FT that DL does not publish non-US originating/destination awards on their web-site (which seems crazy to me for an airline trying to brand itself as America's global airline).

Does anyone know if there is indeed no such award? As far as the agent was concerned, there was not even an award from SYD to Asia. For example, he checked SYD-ICN and it wanted to route SYD-LAX-ICN!!
