Anyone else having problems with the BA website?
Hi,
Was wondering if anyone else was having problems updating their API on the BA website? I can enter all the information for my three US citizen kids, but can't enter my Green card number for either my husband or myself and can't complete the information meaning I can't check in online.
I called BA yesterday and after three attempts at calling I finally got through after three hours (three separate phone calls!) to be told that there was nothing they could do to help! It's probably not a big deal, but I'm a little worried about the seat assignments as I have a family of five (three young children unable to sit by themselves) and so many people check in online these days that I'm afraid by the time I get to the airport we'll have been separated!
Anyone else having this issue?
