Do I Have Reason to Complain?
I'm Marriott Platinum and attended an event at a nearby Renaissance over the weekend, so my husband and I decided to book a room. When we checked in, we were given our floor (14) and not provided breakfast vouchers. I asked about it and was told that they did not offer that, although the receptionist apologized. When we got to the elevator, I was again surprised to note that we had no been placed on the concierge level (floors 16 and 17). We did have turn down service, but, otherwise, were not made to feel like valued Marriott members.
