You think BMi lounges are bad...
Flying today GLA-CPH. The Bmi lounge is on the domestic pier and therefore not available for international travellers. Eventually, haveing trailed round a bit, a very helpful GLA person who checks boarding cards called the Bmi lounge. Someone (eventually) came out and wrote me a ticket for the Servisair lounge...
What a dump! Very friendly and helpful service - I was brought a coffee, for example - but it's tiny and incredibly scruffy. Makes the pre-refurb LHR T1 lounge look luxurious. Tatty furniture and carpet that will need to be cut into slices if they ever try to remove it.
Hat's off, though, on the care & attention front. A million miles away from the harridans guarding the SkyLounge at GLA...
