We have a VIP card, a wine locker and our picture on the wall. We have been going to the Charlotte uptown location for 2 years or so. I have also recieved gift cards and complimentary off menu items such as the Mac and Cheese which is no longer available and Filet Mignon on hoarseradish and crustini. I have eaten at most fine steakhouses on the east coast and I prefer Morton's above all else. Chophouse would be second.

The staff at Charlotte uptown treat us like family, actually better becuase they are never rude or frank. We know the entire staff and they are first class all the way.
