Last month I used 3 ACs:

LAX T4. As WP/OWE was able to access first class lounge - free everything.

ORD (Regional Wing). Was early morning and I was just after some brekkie. On arrival the AAAngel said "Oh, you're emerald, you should go to our main lounge which is ... Oh, that's a bit far from your departure gate, here is a WiFi access card, enjoy your breakfast !"

ORD Main lounge. Access to first class area, free wine & spirits, and a buffet lunch.

All staff in all lounges were very friendly and helpful.
