Does anyone else have as much trouble with the Preferredguest.com site as I do?

Over half the time I try to use the site, I get errors. I try to book award reservations, it doesn't work. I get cryptic errors. I try to search for hotels and searching for Philadelphia, PA versus Philadelphia, Pennsylvania gives me different result sets. I just tried to register for the Million Starpoints Drawing and I get this:

ADODB.Field error '800a0bcd'

Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted; the operation requested by the application requires a current record.

Um, hellooooo?

You would think it's in their best interest to fix this. Over the long run, I don't deal with vendors when I have to get someone on the phone to do everything. I want to be able to use the web site.
