Does anyone think that we didn't hear ALL of the story here? It sounds like there were some "creative" bookings here that created part of the mess. Delta must think that OP is in Nashville for some reason?

As to expecting Delta to refund you miles used for "postioning" flights? HUH? If you took the flights then you don't get the miles back. The fact that it snowed and you couldn't do you paid flights has no relevance on the "free" flights! And I expect that if you aren't flying the paid flights Delta will give you a refund based on thier policy on the webpage.


However, even reading what you say the agent said I don't find it as horrid as you do.... If every comment that doesn't PRAISE you is "insulting" then you probably have a hard life and will hate this post! (And considering the trashing "skypesos" get on here you should assume that at least some of your readers agree with the agent LOL!)
