To me, sounds like customer bought a coach ticket, was offered a coach seat, and decided against flying. How is this AS's fault? Two round tickets??? That's a stretch!
You didn't understand what I said.We already had our boarding passes in first class. We were on time. They sold our seats to someone else. My wife has anxiety and doesn't like flying. To make it simple so you understand, they OVERBOOKED FIRST CLASS.So in leymans terms there's 16 seats in first class and they sold 18 seats. I hope I made it a little clearer.
