I need to book a couple of rooms for a trade show in October. The show is at the Sheraton Waikiki, but the trade group is offering rooms next door at the Royal Hawaiian also. Compared to prices I saw on Starwood's website and on Travelocity, this look competitive.

Trying to determine which is the best rate/hotel deal and looking for some guidance. Sheraton Waikiki is:

$165 City View
$180 Mt. View
$200 Partial Ocean View

Royal Hawaiian is:

$230 Historic Garden
$275 Tower
