Virtuoso is an affiliation of specific travel agents that have contractual agreements with many properies-mostly high end. They have negotiated
"perks" for their clients which include breakfast, etc. While I am not familiar with the 5/4 program you mention, I am certain that the Virtuoso agents will know. As I mentioned previously, DavidO on this board is a Virtuoso agent (and a good guy) and you can PM him for more info.
