I suspect if you were ever a QP member in the past, the need to look the lounge up in the directory would have been more natural. I was a QP member some 9-10 years ago, so remember the pain of looking things up so I could be assured of the access rights I had.
I get it...bottom line is the CX/KA lounge is better, unless you want a few minutes in a massage chair. I thought there were numerous Sorry for calling you snippy...there obviosly is a third category of lounge called an Oneworld carrier's lounge (such as AAdmirals Clubs), which are neither owner or associated lounges, which QF members can access when flying non-QF OneWorld carriers.
