Am I right in thinking there is no perks for Plats at this hotel apart from upgrade (if lucky), late check out and free internet?

There is nothing like: happy hour, drink coupon, breakfast, welcome fruit plate etc available right? Any recommendation for the Starwood hotel in NYC that gives the best perks for SPG Plats?
