Not sure what is the point in bringing it to Australia as it is readily available OTC (sold as Panadol but same ingredient as Tylenol -- perhaps she doesn't realize that what is called paracetamol in Oz is called acetaminophen in US, same drug). There shouldn't be any custom controls for it, for reasonable quantities.
Tylenol PM is not straight paracetamol/acetaminphen. It also contains diphenhydramine which is a antihistamine.
Tylenol PM is often used for it's sedating effects, but again drugs like this are available over the counter in Australia so it does not really make sense to bring it all the way over from the USA.
