Tylenol PM is not straight paracetamol/acetaminphen. It also contains diphenhydramine which is a antihistamine.

Tylenol PM is often used for it's sedating effects, but again drugs like this are available over the counter in Australia so it does not really make sense to bring it all the way over from the USA.
