Redemptions are flexible, so that is a different ballgame. My experience is that you can best change at the airport. They rebooked me on an earlier flight home from the lounge in T5 without blinking an eye on a inflexible WT+, upgraded to CW/CE. The only reason being that I wanted to get home earlier. No irrops, nothing.
