Glad to see you had a great experience at WI-LAX. I also love this hotel, and have always been upgraded to a corner jacuzzi suite. The shuttle was a problem once though, I missed a 7:30am flight because the bus filled up, and didn't return to "shuttle" me for almost an hour.. But the front desk was great; I took the shuttle right back, where they checked me back into my room and gave me a late checkout for my (now 4pm) flight.
