Here's the menu Carfield... The food were pretty good this time, comparable to CP! The portion was also bigger than those served on the domestic flights. Even the light meal towards the end of the flight consists of a choice of 3 entrees instead of the usual 2!

LUNCH
Grilled Fennel, Chili Shrimp and Vegetable Spring Roll Appetizer

Chicken with Chinese Herbs, Jasmine Rice, Shanghai Baby Bok Choy topped with Red Pepper Julienne and Cilantro.
OR
Halibut with Tomato Sauce and Tamarind, Spicy Thai Vegetables, Stir-fried Egg Noodles.
OR
Beef Tenderloin with Green Peppercorn Butter, Chateau Potatoes with Demi-glace, Sauteed Mixed Peppers Herbed Tomato
