Agreed. On every flight I have been on, apart from half-hour hops from AMM-LCA, a trolley is brought down the aisle, and you can select from a choice of several meat dishes, a fish dish, a vegetarian pasta dish, potatoes, rice pilaf, various vegetables. All delicious and graciously served. This is after the mezze starters, the salad, the soup, and before the selection of gateaux, fresh fruits, ice cream. More like a banquet than an inflight meal.
