OZ has a tricky interface that only works with some browsers, and you have to sign up for their FF mileage club.

AC - Call aeroplan and ask for specific seats

LH, UA, LX - Needed to call them to get the PNR associated with their airline (LX had to assign seats over phone)

TG - N/A since they don't assign domestic seats
