I agree with cardio. If you have nothing to hide, there is no reason why you should care about these questions. Its not like they are virtually strip-searching us to confirm our identities. The premise is reasonable, even if badly executed, and there is no reason to give them trouble a la TSA.
I'm confused. The "if you have nothing to hide, why should you care" argument is one of the MAIN arguments against what is going on with the TSA! Why would it be valid in one circumstance but not in another?
I don't want DHS agents coming to search my house either. Sure I have nothing to hide. But that doesn't mean it's OK for them to come into my house! Since when is it only guilty people that want privacy? Is it suspicious for a perfectly innocent person to expect all the privacy that the law allows?
