Some people say if a buy duty free liquids at manchester but keep them sealed at and keeps a receipt i am ok. Some people say not.
Flying MAN-MUC-SIN you would be OK. You can buy liquids at any airport within the EU and wider Schengen area (e.g., Switzerland), have them sealed and take them through security at any other EU/Schengen airport on the day of purchase.
It's the transfer at SIN that is likely to be problematic.
