I see many ask the same question. Why defend the indefensible? The recent marginal improvements to BA EC, while notable, do nothing to address the numerous other service and operational shortcomings.
Mostly piffle to be honest....at least where GLA is concerned. BA have just increased the GLA-LCY service to five times a day as well as offering decent schedules to LHR and LGW.....mostly for connecting passengers.
No AF or LH at GLA (big fearties) and KLM haven't expanded all that much over the many years of serving the GLA-AMS route. FR have cut back dramatically on the GLA PIK - STN and EZY just plod along.
