Well, UA didn't have to wait for the snow or bad weather condition at all. Last month, they canceled my mid-December Saturday LAX-PHL non stop flight that I booked back in March for my one and only family trip of the year because the load was so light. No apology nothing what so ever and put us on a flight that will make us late for the wedding rehearsal. Two phone calls to 1K desk and one email to 1KVoice did not get me any where!
